Aidan Baker has always been a musician's musician, particularly gifted and exceptionally talented, and on "The Forever Tapes" those talents and gifts are on full display, finding Baker at his best amid a perfect blend of media.

On this Ambient companion to his earlier release "The Forever Tapes", Baker draws elements and inspiration from his original recordings and fashions a drifting and dream-like alternate version of the album, a languid and floating approach that inspires a slow drift along the soundscape. I quite like it, there's a beauty on display here that I find quite resonant, a sound that I really connect to and admire.
